Private Yoga

A private yoga session is a great way to start or refine your practice, learn how to safely adjust postures during pregnancy, or celebrate a special occasion with friends and family. If you are a local business owner, consider making yoga part of your corporate wellness program or include it in your next team building event. Regardless of your ability level, I will work with you at your own pace, and provide individual attention and uplifting support.

  • 1-on-1
  • Semi-private (2 people)
  • Small groups (3-10 people)
  • Large groups (11+ people)
  • Monthly private yoga packages are also available and can be tailored to your specific needs.

Each session includes 60 minutes of personalized instruction at your location. Sessions can be extended to 75 or 90 minutes.
