What is a health coach?

I am an Institute for Integrative Nutrition trained and national board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) as certified by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching in collaboration with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). In this capacity, I facilitate behavioral change and become a co-creative partner in your journey to radiant health and holistic well-being.
Health coaching is a client-centered process that helps you uncover and mobilize internal strengths and external resources. It emphasizes practical diet and lifestyle modifications while simultaneously increasing mindfulness, self-awareness, self-efficacy, purpose and meaning in order to reach your vision and goals.
