1-on-1 Health Coaching

My 10-week coaching program is designed to provide both conversation and education surrounding your health and holistic well-being.

As we thoroughly explore your life, you will identify what is working, as well as what needs focused attention, and why. From there we will collaborate to create your ideal wellness vision, define your long and short term goals, and plan weekly actionable steps that will help you reach them with a sense of empowerment, flexibility and fun!

Each program includes:

  • (1) 15-minute discovery call (optional).
  • (1) Initial consultation (up to 45 minutes)
  • (5) Bi-weekly follow-up consultations (up to 30 minutes each). All sessions will be conducted via Zoom.
  • Detailed wellness plan within 24 hours after each session.
  • Support via secure live chat and/or direct messaging between sessions.
  • Access to a shared digital Food & Mood and Lifestyle Journal to track your progress and provide feedback in real time.
  • Supporting resources as needed including worksheets, handouts, recipes, articles, websites and book recommendations.
Upon completion of the program, supplementary health coaching sessions can be added on a month-to-month basis.
