My coaching programs are designed to provide both conversation and education surrounding your holistic well-being. As all areas of your life are connected, we will first identify which ones are going well and which are out of sync, and why. From there we will work together to define your long and short term goals, and create feasible action steps that will help you reach them with a sense of empowerment, flexibility and fun!

Embark on your personal wellness journey and create healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
(12) bi-weekly sessions – Dive deep!
Explore wellness across multiple dimensions of your daily routine and discover what true holistic health means to you.
- Initial 30-minute wellness consultation.
- Weekly or bi-weekly sessions that can be conducted in-person, via phone or video conferencing depending on your location and personal preference. Each session will run for 50 minutes.
- Email support and detailed wellness plan after each session.
- Additional resources including but not limited to worksheets, handouts and recipes.
