4-7-8 Relaxation Breath – 6:45
This conscious breathing exercise is taught by Dr. Andrew Weil: Breathe in to the count of 4, hold your breath to the count of 7, then slowly breathe out to the count of 8. After four rounds of this breathwork, you will be guided through a short meditation to help you find your center within.

This meditation focuses on loving-kindness (or maitrī) to set an intention for your own happiness and that of all beings.
Relaxation Response Meditation – 9:14
Inspired by Dr. Jamie Zimmerman, this meditation is intended to invoke the opposite of the stress response and is perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. It is best practiced lying down but if you fall asleep easily, you can also sit upright in a chair with your feet planted firmly on the ground.
